Chris graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). Since then, he has had the opportunity to travel across South Australia and work remotely in Northern Territory, providing OT services to a range of people, with varied physical, cognitive and psychosocial conditions. Chris enjoys the varied supports that OT can provide, and prioritises supporting clients across all areas of practice, from ongoing therapy to complex home modifications and assistive technology prescription.
Chris’ experience and clinical interests allow him to support NDIS, My Aged Care, DVA and private clients, drawing on his experience working with individuals across the lifespan (between ages 6-90 years old).
Chris has experience and qualifications in the following occupational therapy interventions:
- Qualified Complex Home Modification Assessor
- Completion of CPPACC4020 and CPPACC5016 training.
- Complex and non-complex assistive technology prescription
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Accredited Functional Independence Measure (FIM) Assessor
- Activities of Daily Living Assessment
- Worksite and Ergonomics Assessments
Outside of work, Chris prioritises spending time with family and friends, travelling and seeing new places. Chris loves being busy, having lots of varied interests and projects on the go at once. Lastly, Chris really loves cheering for his favourite footy team, the Mighty Adelaide Crows.
